IMAGIN3 Energy Solutions offers a variety of services for people who already own a home and are concerned about efficiency, comfort or safety.

Home Performance Inspection-$250  

Simple on site walk through performing a room by room visual assessment in conjunction with thermal imagery to get a snap shot of where the home is presently allowing uncontrolled air infiltration. We then offer suggestions of improvements that can be done to increase the performance of a home. This inspection does not include any official report or estimate for the suggested work. During our visit the homeowner will be given literature that outlines our Simple Audit and Comprehensive Energy Audit. Each of which describes specific and detailed steps that are performed for those audits which generates more detailed reports.  

SIMPLE HOME ENERGY AUDIT 
*Pricing per SF breakdown below 

·    Essentially perform same procedures as outlined under the Home Performance Inspection. From that, this audit will include the following additional procedures.

·    Conduct a blower door test to measure air infiltration under controlled conditions into the building. This information will allow us to accurately assess the amount of air changes per hour.

·    Inspect existing insulation conditions in attic, crawlspaces and basements.

·    Check condition and efficiency ratings of heating and cooling equipment along with other major  appliances.

·    Provide thermal imagery report

·    Provide improvement recommendations.

·    Provide necessary information regarding audit rebates from participating gas and electric utility companies.

Comprehensive Home Energy Analysis/Audit

·    Essentially perform same procedures as outlined under the simple audit report. From that, this audit will include the following additional procedures.

·    Perform a combustion safety evaluation of all gas burning appliances.

·     Perform a duct blast test of HVAC systems to account for air leakage in duct work (if applicable).

·     Project savings expected from energy improvements.

·     Use existing utility cost to evaluate projected annual savings.

·     Provide detailed list of home performance recommendations along with estimate of labor and material cost.

·     By using an IES Qualified Contractor to perform the recommended improvements, your home will be BPI certified and possibly meet Energy Star standards.

·     Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections on all IES Qualified Contractor work.
